Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, within a short walk from Vulcano town center and the mud baths. The rooms were nice but lacked outdoor space, and I missed having basics like shampoo and body wash available. The service was excellent, especially Giorgio who went out of his way to help us with a charger. Dining options were limited, more like a continental breakfast, but the fried fish was a stand-out choice. The location was ideal, not too close to the town center but still within walking distance, making it convenient to explore Vulcano.
The hotel is in a perfect location with an easy stroll to shops, Port Levante, the beach, and mud baths. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even arranging breakfast earlier for our needs. However, the dining options were a bit simple. The facilities were well-maintained, but the rooms had a moldy smell and lacked outdoor spaces for certain items.
The hotel offers a lovely experience with a relaxing pool and spacious rooms. However, the rooms lack basic amenities like shampoo and body wash. The service is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay.
The hotel is in a lovely area, not far from the town center and the mud baths, offering a quiet stay with a view of the crater. The service is welcoming and friendly, though a discount wasn't possible. The dining experience is somewhat simple with limited selections for breakfast. The rooms are nice with a private terrace, but lacking outdoor space for hanging beach towels.
The hotel is ideally situated for exploring Sicily, providing a peaceful retreat close to the harbor and attractions like Vulcano crater, mud baths, and black sand beaches. The service is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. Although the dining options may be limited, the relaxing pool and lovely rooms contribute to a comfortable experience at a reasonable price.
The hotel is in a great location, an easy stroll to the shops, Port Levante, the beach, and mud baths. The rooms lacked outdoor space and somewhere to hang our wet swimming suits, but they were cozy and had all the essential amenities. The service was friendly, with staff being cheerful and attentive, though they couldn't provide a discount. The dining options offered a decent buffet selection, but it was a bit rudimentary. Overall, a good value for money stay with convenient access to key attractions.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and ready for check-in around midday. The relaxing pool area was a great spot to unwind, although I wished there was a place to hang our wet swimming suits in the room or nearby.
The hotel's location is fantastic, near the beach and shops. The rooms were well-equipped and spacious, but lacking outdoor space for hanging beach towels. The dining options were good with a buffet selection, though a bit basic. Overall, a convenient stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel had no outdoor space and lacked places to hang beach towels or wet swimming suits, but it provided essential toiletries like shampoo and body wash. Despite the room's limitations, the friendly and jolly service staff made our stay pleasant and welcoming. The location, though not too close to the town center, offered a great view of the crater and easy access to shops, Port Levante, and the beach. The dining experience, while offering a good buffet, was somewhat rudimentary. The facilities were adequate, though not exceptional.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our needs, even arranging for breakfast earlier than usual so we wouldn't miss our hydrofoil. However, the rooms lacked essential amenities like shampoo and body wash, and there was no place to hang our wet swimsuits to dry in or near the room. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops, the beach, and the mud baths. The dining options were adequate but could be improved for a better experience.
